Dear Andreia After our recent holiday in the Faro area, I felt I should write to thank you once again for your excellent service and customer care. I have lost count of the number of times over the years you have provided a car for us on our trips to the Algarve but the vehicles have always been excellent and your service has always been 'spot on'. We have never had cause to complain and all our dealings have been easy, friendly, prompt and efficient. You have been able to provide a variety of vehicles for us over the years ranging from a compact car for two right up to a nine seater people carrier (with 2 infant seats as on our recent holiday). They have always been waiting for us at the airport and you are always very competitively priced. You have never tried to sell us 'unwanted extras' and everything has always been very open and honest. Thank you again. Easy pick up and drop off location, nice new car dated 2008 and in good clean condition. Fuel policy is very simple, return same as when collected, although when I left the vehicle I didn't have time to refill (late for flight), and farocar only charged me the actual fuel difference which was fair. Dear Andreia, Just a quick reply now I am back in the UK to thank you for the excellent service I received for my booking (September 2-18th) with you. Good morning, I am writing with regards to the above rental number as well as the car we hired for my parents-in law. We hired two cars on the 12th June 08; one we returned on the 19th and the other on the 26th June. One was in the name of Mr & Mrs. Hawkins and the other in the name of Mr & Mrs Bray. The car hired in the name of Mr & Mrs Bray had a car seat; if there was anything negative I would say that the standard of the car seat did not give us the comfort that our daughter was entirely safe. Putting that aside I would like to say a huge thank you for the extremely efficient service we received. The cars were exactly what we asked for and the condition could not be questioned. Dear Mary, I am just writing to say thank you for the hire car that you arranged for us to collect at Faro Airport on 2 June. Your representative was there to meet us and promptly arranged the pickup from the Airport carpark. The car - a Peugeot 307 diesel was the model we wanted and we were surprised it was such a new model compared to so many other companies which deliver much older models. It was a very pleasant experience driving in Portugal and Spain and we dropped the car back at the airport without any damage to report. Hi there. Just a follow up message from your recent telephone call from yesterday, regarding some feedback Re: our holiday hire car. We were indeed very satisfied with the car and all the arrangements made for us to pick it up and return it during our stay in Portugal. A nice touch was the provision of enough fuel to enable us to get some experience of driving in your country before having to find a petrol station. (One less worry). The only difficulty we encountered was actually finding your Rep. at the airport on our arrival, as your instructions directed us to the coffee bar, which is located by the departure gates, whereas, the actual meeting place was alongside the airport cafe. A small point perhaps, but nevertheless confusing and it certainly caught us out. Once we had made contact, initially by phone to your office to enable us to locate your Rep. then everything went very smoothly, thanks. We would certainly use Farocar again. Hello Farocar, We have just returned home after a great vacation in the Algarve. I must compliment you on how easy you make renting a car. In particular I would like to thank the staff for taking care of a technical problem I had with the first car. I called and spoke to him about it and he had another car at my hotel within an hour. Just wanted to say thanks We have hired cars all over the world from USA to OZ and in Europe and using your website, proved to be the least hassle of all of them. Our luggage was lost and we were late by 45 minutes coming out of the airport but the representative waited.
